Terms of service

These terms apply when a customer installs or uses the Automation Ledger app for monday.com.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Automation Ledger is operated from Tasmania, Australia (“Automation Ledger”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, the customer agrees to these terms. The customer representative confirms that they can accept these terms for the monday.com account they connect.

1. The service

Automation Ledger reads automations visible to an authorised monday.com user, creates an account-level inventory and records compact changes over time. Scan coverage depends on the connected user’s monday permissions, supported board types, monday APIs and service availability. Automation Ledger does not promise that it is a complete legal, security or compliance record, and customers remain responsible for reviewing and managing their automations.

2. Account authority and security

The customer must maintain a valid monday.com account, use the app only for accounts and boards they are authorised to access, keep their monday credentials secure, and ensure connected users have appropriate permissions. Customers must notify support@innestech.com.au promptly if they reasonably suspect unauthorised app access.

3. Trial, plans and billing

New marketplace customers receive a 14-day trial with Scale plan capabilities. After the trial, continued scanning requires a paid Starter, Growth or Scale subscription. Plan board limits and visible-history windows are described on the purchase screen. Prices are in United States dollars and subscriptions, taxes, renewals, cancellations and payment processing are administered by monday.com.

The customer can change or cancel a subscription using monday.com’s available billing controls. Except where required by law or monday.com’s applicable billing rules, fees already paid are not refundable merely because the customer did not use the service.

4. Acceptable use

Customers must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another customer’s data, evade plan limits, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, distribute malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the service unlawfully. Reasonable use must remain within monday.com API and platform limits.

5. Customer data

The customer retains its rights in customer data. The customer authorises us to process that data only as needed to provide, secure and support the service and meet legal obligations. The customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to provide the data and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive or confidential information in board and automation titles. Our handling of personal information is described in the Automation Ledger privacy policy.

6. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the app, software, documentation, branding and service improvements. These terms grant the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active trial or subscription, subject to these terms. Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify the customer publicly without permission.

7. Service changes and availability

We may improve, modify or discontinue features, provided we do not intentionally remove the core paid service without reasonable notice where practicable. Availability can be affected by maintenance, monday.com, networks and events outside our reasonable control. No separate uptime service level applies unless we agree to one in writing.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment or platform requirement. We will give notice and an opportunity to remedy where circumstances permit. The customer may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Verified uninstall and full-data deletion events permanently remove the account data described in the privacy policy; customers should retain any records they need before deletion.

9. Warranties and Australian Consumer Law

The service is provided with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every automation or change will always be detected, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet every customer’s legal, audit or compliance requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees the customer paid for Automation Ledger in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, or to fraud, wilful misconduct, or infringement of the other party’s intellectual property rights.

11. Indemnity

The customer indemnifies us against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from the customer’s unlawful use of the service, infringement of another person’s rights, or data supplied without required authority. This obligation is reduced to the extent our act or omission caused the claim.

12. General

These terms and the purchase details form the agreement for the service. If they conflict, mandatory law applies first, followed by the purchase details and then these terms. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. The customer may not assign the agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a genuine business reorganisation or transfer with notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of Tasmania and courts entitled to hear appeals from them, subject to any mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
